Returning products 

14 days to change your mind 

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, we will refund the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return at your own expense 

If you use your right to cancel your order, you must return the product with all supplied accessories and in the original condition and packaging to Cat's Cauldron. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are at your own expense. For the exact shipping rates from your country to us, consult the website of your carrier. Keep the proof of shipment, since you are responsible for the return shipment.

Contact us first before returning any product 

If you want to return a product, you must first report this to us via info@catscauldron.com or via the contact form (this is a legal obligation). You will receive a return form with address label from us that you can use for the return shipment. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that we have already received the product in good order.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you want to return something because you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know so that we can look for a solution and improve our service.
